A principios de los a\u00f1os 90, Angelita y Miguel, nuestros padres, incansables en el trabajo y con ganas de seguir evolucionando, decidieron ampliar lo que ya hab\u00edan empezado a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s con su bar en la zona de Can Comelles. Un bar de batalla, de barrio, del de toda la vida, un peque\u00f1o rinc\u00f3n donde empez\u00f3 a forjarse esta historia, la apuesta por el jam\u00f3n de bellota, jam\u00f3n del bueno, del que te gusta hasta la grasa, hizo que, animados por muchos clientes, inauguraran \u201cEl Rey del Jam\u00f3n\u201d en septiembre de 1991.<\/h3>[\/vc_column][vc_column column_padding=\u00bbpadding-5″ width=\u00bb1\/2″]

En 2000, el Rey del Jam\u00f3n cambi\u00f3 de nombre por Flor de Sal Restaurant. Los hijos decidimos seguir el camino iniciado hace unos a\u00f1os por nuestros padres y apostamos por otra gastronom\u00eda que nos ha llevado hasta hoy. El Flor de Sal, sin duda un referente en la zona, ha sabido entender el paso del tiempo y gastron\u00f3micamente hablando siempre ha estado al d\u00eda.
